Accountable for HR Shared Service activities and Customer Experience, aligned with the People Strategy. Working with the team through a period of change, evolving the service and team to enable HR Operations to deliver a high-quality Customer Experience oriented service to the business and stakeholders. • Leading the customer support team and building a highly engaged and productive team.• Coach team to identify the root cause of issues that arise and figure out the solutions and preventative measures.• Provide expert advice in all areas of HR policy and processes to employees, stakeholders, and support for the team members.• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders, vendors, and team.• Coach and develop team on their personal learning and growth• Manage escalations and support the team with complex queries• Explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience from the extent of system new changes/development.

Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. Includes jobs responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and administration of human resource programs and systems.Conducting planning for instance Covid-19 Pandemic-related new business process. Facilitate employee training and be involved in needs assessments, recommendations, and communication. Lead the Customer Care Team, where involved consultation and recommendation to employees concerning customer experience-related issues, providing feedback to management when necessary. May assist in the formulation of team objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies, and procedures.

During my 3 months internship at Jabil Circuit Sdn.Bhd’s HR Department, Compensation & Benefits, I’ve developed enthusiasm and passion for human resources and the internship has subsequently convinced me that human resource management is my true calling. My achievements during internship include getting a good evaluation from my direct supervisor Ms.Joanne Mok, the Assistant Manager of HR Department, Compensation & Benefits. I’ve received an evaluation of “Well Performed” and with the marks of 44/50 for my overall performance throughout this internship.
