 Responsible to perform necessary trouble shooting & maintenance (PM1 & PM2) of all Open hole, Cased hole & Slick Line tools and equipment’s as per CWI. Open hole and cased hole equipment preparation, maintenance, calibration, proper utilization, planning and implementation. Preventive maintenance & Trouble shooting of Formation Sampling Tools, like RDT (Reservoir Description Tools), RSCT (Rotary Sidewall Coring Tools) & perform RDT function surface test. Testing logging tools after maintenance using INSITE Software & perform all types of DITS & INSITE tools mechanical section function test Trouble shooting & maintenance of all Sampling, Resistivity, Neutron Density, Gamma Ray, Imaging, Wave sonic, Auxiliary & perforating tools. Maintain, diagnoses and repairs a variety of Electro-Mechanical equipment including; Diesel engines, Power pack, Pressure control equipment (PCE), PTO, Gearbox, Winches, High pressure pumps, Centrifugal pumps, pneumatic pump, Air compressors, Electro-mechanical equipment, Logging truck, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems etc. Take care of all the Slick Line tools & equipment, Like DPU, ETD & GAGE Hanger etc. Perform post job service, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Open & Cased Hole logging and perforating Tools, all SONDEX ( PLT, MPLT, MIT) tools. Conducted failure analysis of mechanical & electrical failures as well as unexpected maintenance & operational problems related to tools and equipment. Maintained all tools maintenance and spare parts record by SAP system (Example: create notification and completed notification, create work order) & responsible for upgrade all NOMEM & OEB. Good knowledge on CWI system & responsible for spare parts inventory and order spare parts for up-coming maintenance. Effective communication skills and a team player.
