Franciscan LEAD is a five-day, Christ-centered retreat focused on leadership, evangelization, and discipleship leading up to the Steubenville Conferences. It gives teens the tools to grow closer in their relationship with Jesus and then give them the essentials for servant leadership and evangelization.As director I served as the pastoral leader and logistical director for the other facilitators.
