Engagement Managers at DeveloperTown handle traditional project management duties including: scope definition, staffing, and communication of status to clients and DT partners, budget oversight and risk/issue management. Engagement Managers make sure that all involved in a project have the resources they need, are communicating well, and are shielded from distractions and interruptions. They are a non-biased advocate for both the client and the team. Responsibilities included: - Budgeting and resourcing for marketing team across 10+ projects - Managing UX/UI design projects for start up clients- Managing user testing, UX/UI redesign project for enterprise client- Managing development with enterprise client- Working with marketing and sales team to organize website updates, research, blog content, social media, and analytics- Gathered initial requirements for design and development projects- Organized, set up, and ran client industry events for DT marketing - Assisted CFO, COO, and HR Director with setting up financial tracking tools, billing, invoicing, asset tracking, and license distribution for tools across all discipline teams- Organized with internal team to finish construction and decor of new Design Studio. - Assisted sales team with lead research

Founded a business that creates custom Greek-lettered t-shirts that are sold both retail to local chapters and wholesale to largest Chi Omega distributor. Managed invoices, communicated about custom orders, timelines, created promotions and sales, marketed to chapters, managed social media, ordered merchandise, and ran industrial embroidery machines to create custom pieces.

Taught Algebra I Foundations, Standard, Honors, and Enrichment in a virtual setting and led nine person math department for two years. Assisted administration with data interpretation, new employee hiring/training, teacher evaluations, classroom observations, and creating school improvement plan. Successfully managed deadlines, met goals, and exceeded expected student-teacher communication from home office full time. Worked closely with families, teachers, truancy and guidance counselors to support remote student learning and participation. Was recognized as an outstanding employee from the national office in 2013.

Taught Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Algebra II Honors, and Algebra II Math Lab to students in grades 9-12. For two years I was the course leader for Algebra II with responsibilities of setting up the course calendar, arranging common assessments, and keeping track of colleagues’ pace and rigor. Worked alongside an exceptional learner’s co-teacher because of the high volume of special needs students. Participated in Math Cohort during week-long summer sessions, which brought together teachers at all levels, to develop engaging methods of teaching algebraic thinking and hands-on activities for students.
