* Established the Russia branch of MIDASIT, expanding the MIDAS SW B2B business : from 20 to 100 customers, 235% YoY sales revenue increase for 2 years.* Carried out an effective SW localization for 2 years after conducting market research on the field.- Fitting MIDAS SW to the Russian Construction Code and various regulations.- Verifying the localized SW in cooperation with one of the Russian Big 3 construction companies, Mostproekt.- Translation English to Russian on SW, materials* Organized 10+ times MIDAS IT technical seminars around the Russia including Moscow and Saint-Petersburg in 2013-2015 with inviting representatives of bridge(500+) and geotechnical(200+) engineering companies.(950/850, +100 additional people were present) – 1st Moscow Tech-Seminar in 2013 : Brought 40+ sales opportunities($50K/mo), 50+ net new leads and 120+ seminar attendees in total : approximately 50% of sales opportunities became a new customers in 3 months after the seminar : 150% YoY sales revenue increase.– 10+ seminars around the Russia in 2014 : Brought 185+ sales opportunities($160K/mo), 216 net new leads and 420+ seminar attendees in total : 280% YoY sales revenue increase.* Set up ‘MIDAS SW Expert Group’ including professors in the field, a MIDAS SW guru in the Territory and made a bi-monthly meeting to share the new technology, which led MIDAS SW Expert Group members to act as honorary ambassador of our SW to new customers.* Contracted MOU with 4 Russian prestigious universities : Lomonosov Moscow State University, Saint-Petersburg State University, Novosibirsk State University, State Transportation University in Moscow. - Donated 500+ academic licenses to contracted Universities, which made case-study presentations in several technical seminars.* Administered the Russia branch of MIDASIT including HR, Finance & Accounting.
