Zig Ziglar says it best, "You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win."For nearly 25 years, I have worn many different hats. For nearly 15 years I served as a full-time Pastor of Students who successfully led two churches in the Tulsa area and a small rural church in SE Oklahoma. As a Pastor, the majority of my responsibilities were to build relationships. Other duties were to effectively Teach, Communicate, Encourage, and Motivate groups of people ranging in numbers from 35 to 350. I also Guided the vision of the Student Ministry and Led teams of Adults to Coordinate, Plan, Budget, and Implement Strategies to successfully operate an ever growing, changing culture within the Church. For 2 years I served as Director of Operations at the Mannford Sports complex (5 Baseball / Softball Fields). With past collegiate experience and hard work, I renovated and upgraded the complex, changed the atmosphere, and laid a solid foundation to a successful and very prosperous opportunity. I have also spent time as a Recruiter in the trucking industry and have also been a Team Leader in the poly urethane industry. Since the Fall of 2016, I have been leading Students in the Poteau School District. My duties have ranged from teaching High School, Middle School, and Elementary. While in the classroom, I teach Math and Science and also coach on the playing field. I believe these stops in life as Ziglar says, have prepared me to win!If there is one thing that stands out about me, it’s my competitive spirit. Growing up sports were my passion which led to an opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level. The desire to compete has left a lasting imprint on me and overflows into my work ethic. I am committed; goals oriented and take great pride in my accomplishments.
