I have over 5 years of experience running multiple private concierge practices with med spas. During this time, I have acquired skills by working with and managing ancillary services related to fitness and wellness. Additionally, I have almost 15 years of clinical experience practicing medicine. In this time frame I have been in directorship roles for hospice programs, nursing homes and an assisted living facility. I have also rounded in multiple hospitals as a Hospitalist in Michigan, North Dakota and Texas. I have served as an expert witness for medical legal cases since 2016. I am an expert peer review panelist for the Texas Medical Board and also a physician reviewer for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) of Texas. At the OIG, I was part of a small team that converted the physician review process from paper to a digital format to vastly improve cost and time efficiently. Currently, I am working with The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center to build the Kokoro Wellness Center, which is in a building on the campus dedicated to wellness and fitness.
