Direct oversight of food preparation and delivery as well as the client nutrition programs. Taking the program from cooking 150 meals a day onsite to cooking and delivering 5000 meals a week in 2020. In addition to our HDM program, we are catering meals internally to almost 6 departments within the Isaacs/Goddard network.

I am responsible for oversight of all food preparation and delivery as well as the client nutrition programs, I recently launched a food delivery program for persons over 60 years of age by developing a menu that was hearty, tasty, and nutritious.
