Demo - Link - Demo. The project consists of demolishing over 300,000+ sq ft of multiple story buildings. Building a 3400sqft CIPC link building that will house the emergency potable water supply for the hospital. Followed by re-skinning the exposed buildings to remain. The project will incorporate several complex shoring aspects throughout the project scope.

OSHPD remodel of an existing 50 bed skilled nursing facility servicing the greater Central Coast region. The project also included a service yard addition which added two Cat generators and full HVAC hydronic system capabilities for the skilled nursing facilities newly installed HVAC system, which included the future capability to service three other buildings onsite.

110,000 sq ft Imaging Suite, Outpatient Facility and Replacement Hospital for the City of Lompoc and the surrounding community at large.

A LEED Gold Student Housing project consisting of 323 multi occupant suites. This project also included one and a half miles of bike path that traversed through the project and several municipal upgrades to the surrounding roads and infrastructure. The project encompassed a re-vitalized wet lands that was nurtured throughout the project to maintain and re-establish native species of plant and animal.
