Senior Account Manager
Current- Build, maintain and hold strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle a wide range of clients' requests and work closely with all company departments to solve occurring clients' questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client profiles in the company CRM system.
- Coordinate sales management (deals tracking & invoicing).
- Handle business correspondence and meetings, prepare reports and data analysis.
- Perform different administrative tasks.
