- Preparing Irish and UK GAAP statutory and consolidated financial statements for EMEA entities.- Managing month end process and prepare US GAAP management accounts for EMEA entities - Manage and review payroll for various European entities and liaise with external payroll service providers and with HR department.- Liaise with tax department in order to manage EMEA tax returns- Maintenance of Fixed assets register, setting up assets projects (CERs) in Oracle, capitalizing and manage transfer in or out to other legal entities- Review monthly management accounts with Director accounting and reporting and explain the variances- Managing financial audit and liaise with external auditors

My responsibilities include to prepare audit programs for the audits assigned and ensure the audit procedures adequately cover the area under review- Perform individual audit assignments/ reviews different functions to provide assurance to the relevant executive management on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls in place.- Ensure the findings raised are factually correct and adequately reflect the deficiency- Prepare draft reports on timely basis for submission to the audit/ internal control manager- Conduct post-audit follow-up of audit reports and ensure compliance with recommendations
