Provide technical and administrative assistance in support of TriMet's paratransit Accessible Transportation program.

Gateway Area

Manage transportation activity and financial data for large network of providers. Provide reports and analysis of service data for management.

Collaborate with I.T. Project Manager to develop transportation database and provide user acceptance testing. Process monthly provider reimbursements ($3M annually) to partner agencies for transportation services. Create and process reports for partner agencies and work to resolve data and reporting issues. Develop and document work flow process and efficiencies for Fiscal departmentProvide monthly and quarterly reports to management summarizing service and financial data Perform annual site visits of partner agencies to audit records

Manage inventory data and cost allocations for $13m annual fleet expenses, rentals, leases, and fuel

Co-facilitate project to establish and document policies and procedures, perform research and analysis on accounts with large receivable balances within defined parameters related to risk management, develop and implement procedures to address management's request to minimize financial risk, review accounts receivable aging reports and collect outstanding balances, provide documentation to management on special projects to contribute to formulation of policies and procedures, create spreadsheets to assist in reconciliations, develop collaborative relationships between departments including finance, purchasers, legal, sales and account management, and other departments outside of Kaiser using labor/management partnership modelProcess monthly reconciliations of premiums and membership data for large employer groups, handle large amounts of receivables to ensure appropriate and accurate allocations to finance system, conduct analysis of delinquency management to include research and collections, ensure proper workflow management techniques to maximize productivity, use in-house software systems to maintain eligibility and finance data, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences/inquiries promptly and professionally
