I am a professional, dedicated, and careful person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task I undertake or situation I am presented with. With around 16 years of progressive professional experience in strategic project management, leaders, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, learning, and adapting development programs with donors and international organizations such as the US Embassy/USAID Vietnam, Social Impact, Socha International, FHI360, and MCNV, I have an in-depth understanding of development issues such as public health, clinical research, laboratory, environment, climate change, inequality, civil space, and democracy challenges. I have extensive experience in project design, results planning, developing monitoring evaluation (M&E) frameworks, research, monitoring, performing analyses to evaluate project performance, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, building capacity, policy support, and effective communication. By taking the role of MEL lead and MEL specialist in several projects, I have strong expertise in designing and managing data collection processes, developing real-time data systems, working with large datasets, reporting, and data use for decision-making. I am excellent at developing quality data collection and analysis tools and techniques. My experience in using data visualization tools and software such as Power Pivot, and Power BI helped provide clear insights to the technical management team and stakeholders. I have experience in developing data quality assessment national guidelines for HIV/AIDS programs and am excellent at conducting DQAs. I have a deep understanding of the Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) approaches. Through good skills in designing and facilitating learning events, I have led iterative processes that capture, analyze, and apply lessons learned, significantly improving project outcomes. Besides, I have strong knowledge and practice in conducting clinical research and lab sciences. I have many experiences in clinical protocol development processes, working with relevant GVN, and international for the research approval process, providing advice on implementation, monitoring, and collaborating with sponsors and implementing partners to comply with the requirements. I have strong interpersonal skills, thinking analytically and strategically, good teamwork, being accoutable, advanced facilitation skills.
