In my roles as a delivery driver with Menulog, Uber, and Amazon, I efficiently managed orders, optimized routes, and ensured timely deliveries using various delivery service applications. This hands-on experience provided me with a solid understanding of system functionalities and user interfaces. Alongside my practical experience, my academic background involves studying Systems Analysis and Design at QUT.
