Responsibilities •Trouble-shooting complex client static data escalations with technology partners and driving key decisions on the resolution•Developing deep product and operational knowledge of account onboarding (including AML) and maintenance across multiple products and jurisdictions within global markets•Delivering on strategic change commitments that will drive automation and self-service for account and SSI onboarding and maintenance requests. Participating in technical strategic refurbishment exercise in coordination with our technology partners•Exploring methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client satisfaction•Engaging in cross-team collaboration and gaining exposure to diverse product lines•Researching and resolving key business and risk problems while partnering with legal, compliance, technology and operations•Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external business partners in the US, EMEA, and Asia•Maintain the integrity of the Firm’s Authorised Data Source through facilitation of account set-ups requested via online request tools, by various business areas and middle office teams•Management and analysis of daily risk by following standard operating procedures•Review of regulatory static and specific market regulations•Demonstrate good discernment and solid problem solving as well as initiative for analysis

• Reconcile, analyze and interpret complex data sets and present them successfully to the business using the appropriate reporting tool.• Dedicated responsibility to produce a defined segment of client reports, and associated requirements and requests. • Production of daily & monthly client reports to ensure they are delivered accurately and in a timely manner including institutional reports, factsheets, regulatory reporting, distribution agreements and ad-hoc requests. • Understand systems, data, associated processes and controls to ensure the accurate and timely production of reports and data delivery. • Liaise with global operational and portfolio management teams as required to ensure scheduled and ad-hoc client reporting requirements can be met. • Assistance with provision of management information statistics. • Participation in functional and global project initiatives and tasks. • Adherence to and upgrading of team procedures and controls. • Support the on-boarding of new clients and mandate transition events and changes. • Participation in reviewing, assessing and upgrading global report contents, ensuring appropriate levels of service and information is supplied across a diverse global client base and product range.

• Key part of an operations team which involved reviewing high volume data from a field team and transferring into a client friendly format• Database cleaning –manual checking as well as using pivot tables & V-look ups• KPI management & Reporting• Working & managing a field team of 44 to ensure any errors are not repetitive.• Improve and automate reporting.• Quality check on all database through 3 surfaces• Asset management- maintaining a live database.

• Check all import and export documentation such as Letter of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export bills, Collections and SWIFT messaging of payments, transactions – over 300 individual cases.• Prepare reports for Treasury for booking for all currencies with Advanced Excel.• Monitor and investigate any issues and discrepancies in all trade finance transactions. • Attends to all enquiries related to Settlement Unit. • Ensure compliance with operations risk management and corporate audit requirements set by E&Y and KPMG.• English Language Club leader and tutor – organise quizzes and other club activities.
