Part of a small specialist team that exclusively services independent financial advisers (IFA), financial advisor assistants (IFAA) and our internal distribution team. The core of our work pertains to building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with IFAs and/or IFAAs by providing the utmost client experience advisors, to ensure the satisfaction of their intermediated client-panel who have investments with us or prospective clients who want to invest with us. This is done by being the primary point of contact for IFAs and IFAAs as and when they make inquires in their own capacity or on behalf of their clients, and by liaising with various stakeholders on our part to ensure that their inquiries have been addressed in an efficient manner while upholding our high servicing standards. In instances of client and/or advisor grievances (whether internally or externally identified), we work closely with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team to ensure that client and/or advisor relationships are restored. Furthermore, we service our internal Business Development Team on with requests on an ad-hoc basis that pertain to the panel of brokerages they oversee. The role has enhanced the stakeholder management skills as you liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure that advisors and their clients receive the best outcomes.In addition to being a Advisor Services consultant, I also have been entrusted to actively serve as the Investment and Servicing Specialist support function as a 'Walk-In Consultant', and service potential clients, existing clients and/or financial advisers through face-to-face consultations on an ad-hoc basis.
