Responsibilities: -Supervising ticketing team to handle passenger booking and solve their problems.-Visiting and contacting with wholesaler and distributer to get update of market information, ticket price and competitors information.-Working with related department regarding product design, pricing and promotion.-Monitoring product display on digital platform (B2B, B2C).-Analyst sales data, Operation result data, setting strategy and make action plans-Searching for business opportunity to expand distribution channel like GDS, OTAs, Payment company .-Coordinating with Advertising Agency regarding social media management and inflight magazine.-Update schedule and fare in Reservation System. -Working with system support to fix technical problems and develop new features to fit our product requirements.-Coordinate with third party system for some system connectivity like airport DCS, iAPI, Payment Gateway.-Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly report and other report assigned by regional manager.
