As its President, I was accountable for all functions of Cavern Technologies, a LightEdge company. Grew income ~100% over a 5-year period. Responsible for strategy, growth, P&L, operations, and exit/transaction of the business to GI Partners. Active board member facilitating all board communications and decisions. Post Cavern's sale in September 2021, ensured smooth transition to LightEdge/GI while leading additional M&A on behalf of GI.
