• Handling all the technical issues and queries reported by the customers and follow up with them until the resolution of their technical issues.• Interaction with customers on RT (an enterprise based issue tracking system).• Performing a weekly analysis of RT database and generation of a result oriented report based on the queries made by the customers and the technical information found on RT related to those particular tickets.• Keeping a track of the Technical Support Department’s performance and provide reports to the Customer Relations Director on weekly basis.• Reporting Tool for reports: MS Excel• Databases implemented in the Organization: MY SQL, Microsoft SQL 2005
