Managed Network Operations for Central region in Ericsson:(1) Mobilink MSD Project; responsible for over 2500 sites Telco(BSS/TXN) as well as non-Telco(Environmental and power, ac/dc and Genset) issues; Managing both internal team members totaling around 80 staff members and multiple sub cons; being available round the clock for network availability.(2) Warid Telecom MSD Project: responsible for over 1400 sites Telco(BSS/TXN) ; Managing both internal team members totaling around 35 staff members and sub cons; being available round the clock for network availability.Transition Manager on behalf of Ericsson (Kabul , Afghanistan) on Roshan Afghanistan Project : Took over Network Operations from Roshan Afghanistan; Prepared Handover process and Operations Contract with Ericsson vendors.

Managing O & M of both Huawei and Ericsson Network;•Ensured that all faults related to the BSS and Transmission are monitored rigorously, handled immediately and rectified in the shortest possible time. •Supervision of Quality analysis at various BSS/Transmission interfaces & preventive maintenance in liaison with different engineering sections & NOC to ensure minimum downtime.•Keeping an eye on Field Team activities, their effectiveness and application in context with the SLAs and Random/periodic BTS site and MW link & Optix audits.•Weekly/fortnightly/monthly performance review meetings and KPIs presentation with the management.•Generate all routine and special reports (e.g. weekly/monthly Network availability / performance, busy hour traffic, and activity reports etc.) related to the BSS section and forwarded to all concerned in a timely manner.•Database management for various network nodes related to BSS/Transmission and Maintain the equipment spares inventory related to BTS /Transmission equipment. Also ensure that a stock of critical spares is maintained at strategic locations.•Active involvement in Project phases and to assist management in concluding acceptance sop and implementation thereafter.•Develop own technical competence of the related platforms through trainings. Also impart knowledge to colleagues through OJT, organized from time to time.
