Presently I worked as a Principal Translator for the Confraria De Nossa Senhora Da Nazare. I have to assist the monitoring team in a project of the European Commission of integrating unaccompanied minors who have reached Europe from third-world countries into Portuguese society. I make interpretations and translate documents (both legal & general) from English to Urdu and vice versa for them. I assist them during court hearings also.

I started Delhi 6-Royal Cuisine of the Walled City with my younger brother. I have always been an operations person and my brother is an advertising person. We started our company from scratch from the platform of Facebook. My responsibilities included purchasing the raw materials and food preparation. The idea was to provide freshly cooked Mughlai food at the doorstep of the customers so that they get away with the hassle of traveling to the restaurant and enjoy the food in the comfort of their homes. I love food and I have always served my customers which are up to my taste and standard. We were the pioneers in bringing this unique idea to the food market. We were lucky enough to be selected by the team of ´´FACEBOOK`` on the 4th of March 2015 from amongst all the entrepreneurs of India who have started their business from their platform. From a new and unknown company, we were able to build a 3000+ strong customer base in less than 3 years along with managing the company’s profitability that too in the highly competitive food business environment of New Delhi.

I floated Oriental Property Search Group a real estate company that was mainly into corporate selling. I kept the customer relations department for myself as people management is my forte. ICICI Bank is the largest private sector bank in India.I was a Collection´s Manager taking care of the Delhi & national capital territory of India in the Debt & Services Management vertical of ICICI bank (Credit Card Collections). I was responsible for managing a credit card collections portfolio of INR 3500 million and meeting the monthly debt collection targets for the bank. All through my tenure, I was able to secure a rating of 1. There were around 150 people in my team which comprises 5 call center teams and 5 field collection teams. The key to my success in credit card collections was that I trained my teams to always collect the rollback amount instead of the minimum amount due on the client´s credit card. This activity helped me in improving the book and minimizing delinquency. I have always been rated no.1 because of my exceptional performance.

I joined Global Vantage (Contact/Call center) as an agent and rose to the position of Accounts Receivable Manager. I got the opportunity to lead the same team with whom I use to make calls. I was an ace performer as I always use to take care of all the KPI´s and SLA´s very strictly. I was responsible for meeting monthly collection targets and collection ratios. I was managing a team of 25 agents. I was taking care of a US automobile collections portfolio having a subprime base.

My duties included handling all the international customers on behalf of the company. I was an integral component of the buying house of the company. I was able to increase the sales of the company with my people management and listening skills. I tried my best to upgrade the designs of our collection now and then by hiring the best jewelry designers

I headed the internet marketing team of the company responsible for generating new business for the company through LINK LINE, a software program specific to the US and Canada only. My responsibilities were to enhance the business & revenue by roping in new clients & provide satisfactory services to the customers.
