As a Customer Advocate, I work internally to ensure that red accounts and product-related issues receive the appropriate focus within Technical Support and Engineering. I oversee the execution of complex projects through specialized project managers who employ project management methodologies to manage large-scale, complex projects.My responsibilities include planning and designing programs, proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
