Currently, I am working as a Admin & Compliance Officer on the following roles and responsibilities include: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary.Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them Draft and revise company policies Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
