My core responsibilities are the development of new businesses in the geographical region of Holland. But, I don't want to limit myself and want to explore business with other countries as well. My routine activities include: 1) Supply chain of export orders from the stage of greige fabric planning, processing, and stitching to final shipment.2) Interacting with the buyer and their development team for new developments keeping an eye on the latest trends in the market and adjusting strategy accordingly to remain competitive.3) Performing follow-up on new inquiries, sample development & negotiating with customers on different aspects of the product before finalizing business.4) Coordinating with Designing, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Lab & Coating Department for new product development and sampling for new business.4) Coordinating with the company’s design studio for the development of new designs in accordance with the latest market trends.5) Looking for new value addition facilities, outsourcing, and evaluating the possibilities for business partnership.6)Planning running orders, keeping track of all orders from Grey procurement till shipment, and coordinating with Processing & Stitching Departments for on-time delivery of goods.7)Precise forecast for future order planning.9)Inventory control to avoid surplus stock.10)Accurate planning for logistics to keep the supply chain of all orders on track.
