• Conducting Risk Assessment Exercise to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention to prevent frauds, embezzlements, misappropriations, misuse and wastage;• Ensuring that objectives of the organization are achieved economically, efficiently and effectively; • Constantly monitoring Company’s Financial Operations.• Verifying all the daily routine financial transactions and keeping a close eye on the Financial Statements of the company;• Preparing special reports when asked for by the management on various aspects of financial management, including asset management and security, financial reporting, decision support systems; • Evaluating the Internal Control Mechanisms and suggesting changes in SOPs to the concerned managers, for smooth flow of operations;• Ascertaining that the Internal Control Mechanisms are promoting the efficient usage of Company’s resources;• Ascertaining that the Internal Control Mechanisms are operating to ensure the safety of Company’s financial and non-financial resources; • Assisting the Director(s) for implementing strategies pertinent to Efficiency of company operations;• Conducting any other related tasks as assigned by the management;
