This is done through an online portal, these incidents are cumulated to form a Monthly Performance Rating. This is by far the most sophisticated performance management system that i have experienced. 3. The Attendance Monitoring System : This is called dependability in Mindbridge, We are required to check in with our Thumbs, the access to each project is controlled by Turnstiles. After we come on to the floor we are required to login in to the systems and confirm that we are available on our designated shift. Three breaks with a total of 60 minutes are mandated during the 8 hours shift.4. The Compensation Structure - 20 % of the total compensation is linked to our performance.
