As a dedicated geophysicist with a PhD in Marine Geology and Geophysics, I bring over 12 years of experience in academia and industry, specializing in marine geoscience and hydrography. My career has been marked by a diverse range of administrative, research and technical expertise, making me a versatile and knowledgeable professional in the field.My expertise spans project management, from the planning and mobilization of acoustic (MBES, SSS, SBP) and magnetic survey equipment to data processing and interpretation using industry-leading software such as EIVA (NaviSuite), QPS (Qinsy and Qimera), BeamworX, SMT Kingdom, and Chesapeake Technology SonarWiz.In my current role, I have successfully managed and led numerous projects, ranging from office-based Project “Lead Geophysicist” to “Party Chief” on survey vessels. My responsibilities include overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex hydrographic surveying data to support marine research initiatives such as habitat mapping and Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) clearance.
