Job responsibilities-* Carry out the break-fixes of various priority (P1,P2,P3) and system enhancement in the SAP landscape having more than 100 Company code, Sales orgs and more than 300 plants in various countries reflecting the global foot print of the company. * Work on SAP roll-out projects as and when new companies or operations are started or legally reorganized in any country across the globe e.g. in Africa, Europe, India etc..* Development and support of various PI/PO or EDI SAP Interfaces with other internal applications in Technipfmc landscape such as Salesforce, SES, MDM, or with external systems like government tax reporting systems or credit card payment processing or customers systems for electronic exchange of orders and Invoices. * Process any SAP change in Solman as per the company’s approved SDLC process and maintain requisite approvals and documentation.* As a Module lead, review and approve/ask corrections in the SAP changes being done by other members of SD/CS team before they are moved to Production system.* Contribute to the knowledge repository and Identify and document a list of standard changes which can be carried out quickly with minimal approval and risk. * Apprise the higher management on the status of various ongoing support and enhancement changes in SAP system during weekly meetings.

• Work as team member of SAP ERP System implementation projects in IBM client companies in various industry sectors, responsible for mapping business processes mainly related to sales and distribution of goods and services in SAP ERP system.• Interacting with the core team of the client end users and management at the highest levels and understand the business requirements, processes and work practices of the client and document the same.• Prepare business blue print (BBP) documents, minimizing the inefficiencies through use of best practices. Identify and document the gaps between process requirement and available system functionality and solution to bridge the gap and obtain client approval.• Customizing and configuring the sap system and test it for quality and integrity.• Prepare functional specification documents for ABAP programmers to develop the additional functionality and cover gaps as per requirement of the business process. Test the ABAP development and work with the developer to ensure that they meet the objectives.• Prepare and execute the data collection strategy, develop tools to move required business data from legacy system to SAP system.• Prepare user training manuals and conduct training classes and help users in System Integration Testing.• Provide solution to any problem faced by users in using the SAP system post Go-Live. Advise and work for continuous improvement of the system as per evolving business needs.• Conduct Feasibility study, to help the Sales Team, to find out the suitability of In-house pre-packaged SAP solution for prospective customer’s requirements.
