With successful achievement of financial close moved from the project development role into on field execution of 2 x330 MW coal based power plant. Lead the Engineering team for completion of design of 2 x 330 MW CFB Boiler technology power plant based on lignite fuel.In commercial managing contracts worth 650 M USD including 2 x 280 M USD EPC Contracts, various infrastructure contracts for non-EPC scope worth 40 M USD and managed within budget procurement in tune of USD 5 M.Managing key stakeholders including Governmental agencies is another key area of this assignment whereby managing contracts with GoS and GoP for key deliverables of Power, Water and Coal for sustainable business operation.

Responsible for EPC, Project Management/Consultancy and O&M Contracts negotiations. Successfully managed execution of project documents including EPC Contracts, O&M Contract, Coal Supply Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement.Support to Finance team with pro-active approach to Lender's Technical and Insurance Advisers. The projects are financed through a Consortium of Local/Foreign Lenders.

Independently lead project of 3 million US$ for KESC-interconnection along with erection and commissioning of 65 MW CCPP.Involved in feasibility study with the consultant for the project, technical evaluation and signing of purchase acquisition of contract with KESC. Implementation of subsequent modification to power plant control and switch gear for export capability. The project was commissioned safely in Aug ‘09.Project Engineer for the PVC expansion and back integration, 220 m US $ project . It was an EPC project with China National Chemical Engineering (CNCEC) constituting 50,000 t/y capacity PVC expansion, 65 MW combine cycle power plant, 150,000 t/y capacity EDC/VCM and Chlor Alkali plants. Responsible for construction and commissioning activities in lead role for 65 MW Combine Cycle Power Plant. Involved in basic design reviews, PHAs, FMEAs and etc. Managed partial commissioning of power plant ahead of time. Managed safe execution of erection and commissioning works through Chinese contractor supervisors involving high number of Chinese labor.
