Developed Booz Allen's Treasury / IRS account Cyber growth platform strategy that consisted of 1) consolidation of Cyber opportunities across various sub-accounts in the financial sector to prioritize tactical selling 2) identification of high value captures needing longer term investment and capture planning 3) identification of industry partnerships for alternative non-conventional revenue streams. Managed 10+ ($10 M / year in revenue) Cyber Security & Privacy Risk Management engagements, Security Architecture and Engineering projects, and components of Security Operations Center (SOC). Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and standing up high performing yet cost effective teams. - Co-led development of IRS C&A (SA&A) program for 300+ systems stabilizing the systems inventory, defining and standardizing C&A processes, methodology and templates, and collaborating with the audit community for proactive buy-in and direction setting. Leveraged tools like Trusted FISMA agent and Xacta for risk reporting and compliance.- Improved the IRS C&A (SA&A) and FISMA congressional score, helped resolve 11 year old material weakness from the Inspector General, and enabled several IRS and industry awards for the IRS clients.- Led Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Scanning for Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Modernization Program; provided technical leadership and guidance attended client meetings; managed client deliverables and project budget. - Designed and developed test programs database (using SQL and Visual Basic) for consistent, repeatable, and effective security testing and auditing of Information Systems to ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and standards.- Performed Security Engineering reviews of client systems ensuring security design principles are considered during system development and maintenance phases.
