- Development of Captiva (scanning software) for new Imaging projects- Development of frontispieces in Excel using Visual Basics (VBA)- Administer & maintain the Imaging system- Responsible for providing DMS (Document Management System) users with system access bank wide- Responsible for developing, maintaining & updating DMS Image Classification Database- System Testing before release to Production at every stage - Creating & maintain document templates via Visual Basics (VBA) programming.- Manage electronic workflow by using system monitoring tools- Produce system reports & statistical information- Work with Technology Solutions staff to analyse document types & develop workflow- Provide support and assistant to queries raised by DMS users, bank wide- Provide support to Document Management staff to resolve DMS issues.- Support the daily functions and operations of documentation team- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)- Knowledge in OIA (Oracle Identity Analytics) system, working on user & template certifications etc.
