Contract Review & Contract Redlining - To review the redlined contract of NDA/CA being entered into by Client and it's Vendor, wherein to indicate whether Vender position is acceptable or not as per Client guidelines & The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA Act of 1974) and, to analyze the redlining and/or insertion made therein from the purview of Client's requirement and specification and, to ensure maximum protection to Client's proprietary information by inserting the safeguard response. To Review Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as per Client guidelines and assisting the Risk Management and Legal Support Team by providing responses to posed queries pertaining to redlining in the agreement and, to insert responses in accordance with Client's requirement and specifications, as well the compliance of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, 1996 (HIPAA), The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, 2009 (ARRA) and The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, 2009 (HITECH) and, to enable legal protection to Client.Legal Compliance - To review Legislative Regulations and to summarize the same to share with Client's business areas to get them compliant with the law. To conduct calls/meetings with Client' business areas to get the compliance efforts completed within the time.

Contract Abstraction - To analyze and summarize the contracts as per the client's requirement such as Services Agreement (SA), Master & Non-Professional Service Agreement (PSA), Master & Non-Master Professional Software License Agreement (SLA), Application Service Provider Agreement (ASP), Escrow Agreement, Lease Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Confidentiality Agreement.
