As a Program Manager, I am responsible for managing a team of 21 resources spread across 5 different teams which include DevOps, QA Automation, Penetration Testing, Infinity Technical Support and Classic Technical Support. Some of my key achievements while managing these teams are: 1. Working as a Product Manager for the automation team I am responsible for setting up a team of 6 automation engineers that will first of all lay the foundation of automation framework and then automate approximately 4000 test cases that were written by manual QAs. The main goal of this team is to automate redundant test cases and shorten the deployment cycle as much as possible. 2. Effectively managing the deployments team by introducing processes that would push the sprint team to provide features and change requests of the highest quality and then later on deploying them on relevant customer UATs and production environments which are 28 in number. 3. Brought acceptability of automated test cases amongst the manual QAs, this drastically reduced the deployment cycle from 3 months to 1 month. 4. While managing the support teams I ensured that all of the customer environments are being continuously monitored and issue that is being highlighted during the monitoring process is resolved before it proves to be a blocker for the customer. Along with that, we ensured that any SLAs that are being shared by our European customer support team are being handled as per our contractual obligations. This has resulted in our team in achieving 100% success rate W.R.T our SLAs across 4000+ support tickets. 5. Aligned the pen testing team with the deployments team in such a way that any vulnerability that is identified during the deployment process is resolved immediately. This resulted in the team resolving all of our previously identified vulnerabilities leaving our entire system vulnerability-free.

- I am responsible for maintaining a solid relationship with the customer post-sales, from the start of the project of the project till its very end; ensuring satisfaction of the customer.- Currently working on three projects of the Islamabad Police that include MPS, implementation of Big Data and Surveillance Cars while managing a team of 15 individuals. I am also serving as an Account Manager for C4i where I am responsible for the communication between my company and the customer.- Descriptions of the above projects are:Big Data Implementation: To establish an analytics platform for ICT police that would acquire data from various internal and external sources to aid in investigation activities.MPS Application Development: Development of 34 applications that are being used by the Islamabad Police internally and externally to make lives of the general public simpler.Smart Cars: Development of Smart Vehicles that are equipped with the best in class surveillance technology, responsible for aiding the Islamabad Police in surveillance activities.- Have developed strong relationships within the Islamabad Police and other private and public organizations for the smooth progression of complex projects.
