Reporting to the Division head and country head highlighting budget achievement and identifying areas of concern for business development & improvement. Financial & Operational planning for profit analysis, total business and expenditure. Review & supervise annual budgets and operating plans for Branch. Development of business plans by challenging key assumptions. Hedging foreign exchange liabilities through Forward Cover keeping in view the projected fund requirements and ensuring the company is not exposed to any exchange loss. Superintend & Control pricing strategies. Regular meeting with HNI clients to strengthen current relations, discuss business strategies and try to explore new business possibilities Business Excellence: development by references and analysis Ensuring proper identification of the asset and try to have the maximum spread Preparing all the requirements for the Annual Financial Audit and mid audit Striving towards continual improvement in quality of services provided & assets by regular follow-up with clients
