Inspired by depth and realism of animated movies and games I knew as a kid that technology was my thing. Started programming in early school as a kid and still enjoying it till this day.At Rockville, I saved 500 resource hours per month and increased revenue by 100 percent through automation.Lead a team of 10 resources to build standards based Patient Health Record system which helped pharmaceutical companies advance research through patient collaboration using dynamic FHIR questionnaires and consent based data sharing.Lead the architecture, planning and implementation of Behavior / Mental solution Confidant Health, which is a goal driven, value-based innovative telehealth application. Built a self managed and empowered team with fast pace and doer mentality. Implemented processes to increase team productivity.I had the honour of leading Ciitizen/Invitae’s Pakistan team of approx 30 resources to work on multiple projects of revolutionary product, developed a centralised data analytics repository to automate and materialise operational and clinical metrics. Our Real World Data offering impacted multiple key partners like LLS, Pfizer and many others in their research. Trained award wining fresh resources in a couple of months to build a team of rockstars.Currently building development teams to build compliant, low-cost & scalable solutions fast in the space of Healthcare IT.
