ISAM 9 upgrade from TAM. Involved in Architecture and design of new ISAM environment with co-ordination of various application teams considering their application and web services requirements. Also working closely with networking, datacenters, firewall, engineering, governance, audit & compliance teams to fully understand corporate policies and procedures while carrying out directory migration and TAM upgrade. Also involved in day-to-day operation, troubleshooting and support for existing TAM environment.Key Responsibilities:• 24/7 Production support for TAM,TFIM,LDAP/WebSphere/JBOSS/TOMCAT/Web Servers.• Configuration, Monitoring and troubleshooting of TAM/LDAP/TFIM.• Creating different types of WebSEAL Junctions (VirtualHost/SSL/Transparent Path).• Responsible to provide different level of access to application teams through groups/ACLs.• Configuring TFIM federations.• Certificate Management. Responsible to Generate CSRs and renew certificates, both internal and CA signed.• Providing support to other teams to resolve TOMCAT, WebSphere, JBOSS, WebLogic, Apache issues.• Working on splunk to generate report.• Supporting DR.• Creating TAM / TFIM Documentation.• Providing KT to new resources.
