Neurodiversity Pathways (NDP) is a social impact program under the Goodwill of Silicon Valley focused on educating & supporting neurodivergent individuals to help launch their career & supporting organizations to integrate ND employees into the workplace through belonging & intentional empowerment. Our mission is to continue supporting & empowering our neurodivergent jobseekers through our Career Readiness Training to find meaningful rewarding & sustained employment. Additionally, we hope to create more inclusive workplaces that empower neurodivergent talent with our Neurodiversity in the Workplace Awareness sessions to educate organizations of the importance and value of intentional inclusion & support of neurodiversity in the workplace. Teaching Students with Dyslexia is an ed-tech startup focused on teaching learning different students (especially students with Dyslexia) on how best to overcome challenges with Reading, Writing and Comprehension skills. As a COO and Business Development Specialist, I personally manage and support sales and service agreement processes, marketing and outreach initiatives, and help implement, coordinate and maintain all start-up biz dev operations. As a former behavior analyst, and a current D&I program manager + employment coach with specialization in neurodiversity, I am also available to support clients in the areas of improving executive functioning, providing behavior support consultation and coaching to empower student success in regards to higher education and or employment opportunities.

I was honored to be selected as one of the 22 fellows chosen for the prestigious LEND Fellowship program in 2015. The aims of the program:(1) Advancing the knowledge and skills of the full range of child health professionals and family members to improve health care delivery systems for children with developmental disabilities.(2) Providing high-quality interdisciplinary education to health and allied professionals that emphasizes the integration of services supported by the state, local agencies, private providers and communities.(3) Equipping a wide range of professionals and families with the skills needed to foster a community-based partnership of health resources and community leadership.(4) Promoting innovative practice models that enhance cultural competency, partnerships among disciplines, and family-centered approaches to care.
