In 2020, it was found that about 1 out of every 36 8-year old child in the US has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (CDC). Children diagnosed with autism and other neurodiverse conditions grow into adults entering the workforce.My career mission is to create more opportunities and more inclusive workplaces for neurodiverse talent.
