I started my career as a Zone Manager for AVON Beauty Products India Pvt. Ltd., reporting to the Divisional Manager. As a part of my job responsibility I had to recruit sales representatives, train them and meet the sales targets of my area. This stint gave me the confidence to venture into my entrepreneurial journey, wherein I started Adhishrii Diamond Co. and now a new company by name AMOUDINI. My role focuses on Business Development & Sales. I am the point of contact for customer interactions, to deal with their queries regarding pricing & customisation of designs. In the back end, I am responsible for interacting with the jewellery designer and workshop workers (karigars) to achieve the desired results.
