The Quality Control Revisions Specialist will perform administrative review on appraisals re-submitted byour contract appraisers. The Quality Control Revisions Specialist will use their knowledge andexperience, as well as lender criteria to evaluate reports and determine if corrections or additionalinformation is needed from the contracted appraiser. Ultimately the Quality Control Revisions Specialistis responsible for delivering completed and satisfactory appraisals to the lender.

Facilitate the onboarding, extensions, and offboarding processes for contract workers, including securing contingent worker employment documentation and facilitating the background check processRespond to inquiries, basic issue resolution, and securing timecard submittals and approvalsPrepare, review, and deliver a variety of reports for both internal and external stakeholdersPartner with the internal PRO Client Services team to maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation in a way that ensures processes are documented for both personal use and cross coverage as neededUpdating and maintaining data on WAND tool to ensure accurate records are maintained such as worker extensions, pay/ bill rate adjustments, cost center updates, etc.
