I am also responsiblefor developing strategy and business planningfor future initiatives and diversification.In my time span in the education sector, I haveworked towards growing in a robust and sustainable manner across the Delhi-NCR geography, with a 360-degree view of all aspects of school-administration and operations. I have developed a track record of successfully launching and operating with different reputed preschools, activity centres & play areas.Classroom management, personalised learning programs, and innovative educational techniques are few of my areas of expertise. By teaching students in a wide range of ages and situations, I have honed my communication, creativity, and motivational skills.Furthermore, I excel at collaborating ,encouraging, and leading fellow teachers and assistants to ensure outstanding student experiences.
