They also screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the job.Managing the interview process, schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the interview process, including preparing interview questions, evaluatingcandidates' responses, and providing feedback.On boarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, completing paperwork, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for newhires.Data management, for maintaining candidate and hiring data, including resumes, applications, and interview notes, in an applicant tracking system or other database.
