Supervised the work of the department and sensitized them on the prevalent problems which are holding back the progress towards a developed district with the convergence of various departments and schemes.

To build a growing movement of leaders, Teach For India runs a two-year Fellowship where I taught 80 primary graders in a low-income private school in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. Here, I worked with multiple stakeholders – Students, Parents, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, School Chairman, Fellows, and TFI staff and collectively created avenues for the holistic development of students. This fellowship allowed me to work actively on content/curriculum and create several avenues for students to explore their interests through external projects. I successfully achieved an average growth of 48% in Mathematics and 3.4 learning levels in English Reading and Comprehension of my students.

Acquired exposure and understanding of grass-root level enterprises working in the development space through the platform of 15 days long train journey under the banner of Jagriti Yatra 2015-16. This journey provided an orientation to entrepreneurship-for-a-cause encouraging interest in the social sector and a platform to interact and learn from like-minded fellows with varied level of experience in the development space coming from within and outside the country.
