Responsible for strategy, development, management and governance of products for North American clients

Develop investment products across asset classes - equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives. - Led the development and launch of a first of its kind performance fee based mutual funds.- Conducted due diligence on a number of acquisitions and team lift outs. Supported / managed post acquisition integration and product development.

- Led strategic and annual business planning processes across the US organization.- Developed, assessed and implemented several strategic initiatives, e.g. expansion of retail sales team, roll-out of offshore sales channels, retirement strategy, sales territory integration, development and roll-out of AllianzGI’s value proposition, optimization of marketing production, numerous projects on resource allocation and optimization.- Developed tools and models for assessing business performance, e.g. Early warning system, sales analytics, peer reports.

- Launched and managed the New York office of Jaypee, a proprietary derivatives trading and brokerage company. - Created and executed business plan to attract foreign institutional clients for Indian brokerage offering.- Launched a US based hedge fund focused on global long-short equity investing. Responsible for setting-up the fund by developing and executing marketing and operations plans.

Led investment due diligence and strategic assessment projects across sectors and geographies. Sectors include Private Equity, Aerospace, Industrials, Media and Telecom.

Successfully completed the Company's IPO to raise INR 1.05 billion, representing 16% of the Company’s post issue capital. Issue over-subscribed nearly 50x and awarded 'Best New Listing for the Year 2007' by Outlook Money.

Conducted primary and secondary research, and analyzed business trends in support of various client engagements.
