CurrentConduct thorough analysis of software requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Develop detailed test plans and strategies tailored to each project's unique requirements and objectives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and business analysts, to clarify requirements and verify understanding.Execute manual test cases across various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications, to validate functionality, usability, and performance.Perform ad-hoc and exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered by predefined test cases and ensure overall software quality.Utilize a variety of testing techniques, such as boundary testing, equivalence partitioning, and error guessing, to uncover hidden defects and corner cases.Conduct regression testing to verify the impact of code changes and ensure the stability of the software across multiple releases.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to provide valuable input and feedback throughout the development lifecycle.Document test results, including defects, observations, and recommendations, in a clear and concise manner using tools such as JIRA or Trello.Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues, providing detailed steps to facilitate timely resolution.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned with the broader team.
