I am a recent graduate of Bachelor of IT at Federation University and I have the ability to understand the software programs, I am looking for a role in a reputable organization to utilize my technical skills of Java, HTML, SQL, Trello, Gantt Charts, WordPress. I have the ability to build a website on WordPress. I’ve been working as a customer service representative for the last 7 years and always got promotions from almost all of my previous job places. I am currently working as a Shift Manger at McDonald’s and been a customer service representative at a valet parking at the Melbourne Airport. I am interested to take part to grow myself in the IT sector as a Web Developer. I have the ability to perform entry-level support for handling word processing, hardware, printing, software installation, email, Windows server support, and operating system related issues. Apart from technical knowledge and skills I also have great customer service skills and management skills from my previous working experiences. I seek to work in a position that requires a dedicated and enthusiastic worker and demonstrate my skills as a Web Developer, and IT support professional as well as a customer service representative.
