• Assisting with the End-to-End recruitment process through job portals. (Naukari, Monster, LinkedIn).• Posting ads on job portals and profile search through the applicant database, employee referrals..• Scheduling candidate's interviews either with technical team or the Hiring manager and following up onthe feedback.• Sending Offer letters/Termination letters/Relieving Letters to the Employees.• Maintaining a detailed record of the candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .• Recording, Monitoring and Maintaining attendance data of employees.• Maintained positive connections with all potential client's & placed talent.• Maintaining documentation of new employees and Management Information System reports.• Conducting employee engagement activities. (eg. Birth anniversary, work anniversary, festival parties)
