• In charge of sponsorships & outreach initiatives for NSBE Hacks, building partnerships with 10 tech firms who not only helped us make the hackathon a possibility but also enhanced educational and networking opportunities for attendees through 5 technical workshops and a career fair.• Volunteered at NSBE Hacks, assisting with logistics for the 26-hour event involving 200+ participants, ensuring a smooth execution and achieving a 95% satisfaction rate from attendees.

• Addressed 100+ technical issues faced by UofT professors during lectures, resolving challenges promptly and communicating solutions in high-pressure situations.• Collaborated with tech support team members to brainstorm solutions to complex tech issues, ensuring minimal lecture disruptions; Guided professors through equipment set-up and basic troubleshooting resulting in a 15% reduction in repeat support calls.
