This solution increased efficiency significantly, reducing manual processing time from months to minutes while ensuring 100% data accuracy. The scalable, reusable tool was adopted in other ongoing research studies, significantly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the lab's data collection and analysis processes.

Repurposed and analyzed internal data at the Applied Physiology Lab to create a research abstract titled "The Impact of the Menstrual Cycle on Cardiorespiratory Outcomes During High-Intensity Interval Exercise." Independently designed and conducted statistical tests to uncover patterns and insights, ensuring data accuracy and relevance to the new abstract. Worked closely with my team to review and validate interpretations, ensuring all analyses aligned with the research goals and were scientifically sound. The abstract highlighted significant relationships, providing new relevant findings that are enhancing our understanding of female physiology and its impact on high-intensity exercise. The abstract was submitted to the Southeast American College of Sports Medicine (SEACSM) in October 2024.
