Clients Ex @ BMW, Huggies, Investorial• My role was to refurbish the post-checkout flow design of the responsive website based on the new Nirmal Bang application in collaboration with Frog Design, Germany.• Used analytics for design decisions by examining the bounce rates at various steps of checkout and established a more coherent flow by merging steps and refining the UX through heuristic analysis.• Established a design system as a result of revamping of the flow.

Redesigned the onboarding flow, after which the user acquisition increased by 45%.3.
