-Conducting and supporting Intellectual Property Litigation w.r.t Film, clothing and hospitality Industries. -Counselling and providing legal opinion to clients in relation to the Adoption, Protection and Enforcement of Trademarks.-Planning and leading team of investigators for market surveys in counterfeit cases.-Attending to Trademark Prosecution matters including filing for registrations, recordals, oppositions and hearings all over India.-Managing and maintenance of database for Domestic and International Clients with a strong interest in Business Development.-Handling portfolios and advising IP strategies for clients pertaining to various sector of businesses such as Equipment/ manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic etc. -Vetting, drafting and reviewing of various Contracts including License Agreements and Assignment Deeds.-Contributing Articles on various platforms such as Economic Times and Mondaq on behalf of the department and Firm.

- Research, preparation and drafting of Interim Applications, Rejoinders, Complaints, Written Submissions/ Arguments.-Appearing before District Forum, State Commission and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission for Arguments.-Drafting of Licenses, Assignment Deeds and Agreement w.r.t Rent, Sale and Purchase.-Attended proceedings pertaining to Trademark Infringement cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.-Presenting clients before Examiners in Intellectual Property Office, New Delhi for objected and opposed matters under Design and Trademark Act.
